Taught by a Paediatric Cardiac Physiologist

Ten years in paediatric cardiology, still working in the acute hospital setting. The heart is my day job — and I've spent a decade explaining it to children and their families. That's why the workshops land.

Questions schools ask us

What age group is the CPR workshop for?

The core workshop is built for Key Stage 2, and P7 in particular. Sessions also run for youth clubs, sports coaches, parents and school staff.

Do you travel across Northern Ireland?

Yes — travel within Northern Ireland is included in the price. Most bookings are in Antrim, Down and greater Belfast, but the whole of NI is covered.

What do we need to provide?

A hall or classroom with floor space. Manikins, defibrillator trainers, certificates and badges all come with us.

Are you Access NI checked and insured?

Yes. Access NI certification, public liability insurance and a completed risk assessment are sent with every booking confirmation.

Does it count towards the curriculum?

It is built to the CEA Key Stage 2 outcome for Personal Development and Mutual Understanding, so it evidences curriculum delivery rather than sitting outside it.
